WOrKING prINCIpLe

pneumatic double membrane pumps for industrial pumping of 
liquids and highly corrosive and aggressive acids.
Characterised by their high performance, high power and stur-
diness, which make them suitable for pumping liquids with high 
viscosity, including in the presence of suspended solids. They 
meet the working needs of the chemical, textile, food, ecologi-
cal, graphics, tanning, ceramics, electronics, galvanic, oil, paint, 
biodiesel, urea pumping and other industries

The compressed air introduced by the pneumatic exchanger 
behind one of the two diaphragms generates compression and 
pushes the product into the delivery duct, at the same time, the 
opposing diaphragm that is integral with the exchanger shaft 
creates a vacuum and intakes the fluid. 

Once the stroke has been completed, the pneumatic exchanger diverts the 
compressed air behind the opposing diaphragm and the cycle is reversed.

Aluminium AISI 12 UNI 5076 - Teflon - Galvanized steel - Stainless

In the Stainless steel model (code 8132) they are made of: Stain-
less steel AISI 316 and AISI 303 - Teflon
