Cette machine doit être installée sur une plate-forme
en bois ou en béton ou sur le socle multi positions
LAPORTE.
Fixer fermement la machine sur la base en utilisant la
visserie appropriée au type de plate-forme utilisée.
1.
Installer l’arceau de sécurité (Voir plan)
2.
Installer le barillet (Voir plan)

. Raccordement électrique
Pour les
machines en 12 V
, respecter les polarités
« + rouge » et « – noir ou bleu » sur l’alimentation.
4.
Raccorder la commande par câble.
Brancher la prise blanche 4 plots de la télécommande
par câble sur le coffret de commande à l’endroit
“PULL CORD/REMOTE CONTROL", et verrouiller
le branchement à l’aide du fermoir.
5.
Chargement du barillet:
Placer une pile de cibles dans la colonne du barillet en
prêtant attention à ne pas les heurter, ni les faire
tomber.
Enlever les cibles cassées ou fendues et assurez-vous
que les cibles ne soient pas collées ensemble.
Vérifier que la cible du bas de la pile pose
parfaitement sur la plaque support barillet.
Continuer de placer des piles de cibles dans cette
colonne jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit pleine.
6.
Positionner l’interrupteur
"ON-OFF-UNCOCK"
du coffret électronique de la position
"OFF"
à la
position
"ON"
. La machine va ‘s’armer’, c’est à dire
le bras de lancement va se déplacer de la position
'Uncocked'
8h45 à la position armée 6h30.
Positionner l’interrupteur
"ON-OFF-UNCOCK"
du
coffret électronique sur la position
"UNCOCK"
puis
sur la position
"OFF"
(désarmement de la machine).
Le bras de lancement est maintenant en position
"
désarmée"
(Uncocked) (8h45).
7.
Positionner l’interrupteur
"ON-OFF-
UNCOCK"
du coffret électronique sur la position
"ON"
. Lancer plusieurs cibles pour vérifier la
trajectoire.
8.
Positionner l’interrupteur
"ON-OFF-UNCOCK"
du coffret électronique de la position
"ON"
à la
position “
UNCOCK"
puis sur la position
"OFF"
(Désarmement de la machine).
Déconnecter la machine de la source d’alimentation.
9.
La procédure de test est maintenant terminée.
This trap may be installed on a LAPORTE cart
( trolley) or a other suitable base.
Secure the trap to the base using suitable screws
and bolts for the type of platform being used

. Install the safety guard (see section).

Install the magazine (see section).

. Electrical connection (see section):
For the
machines in 12V,
control correct connection
of the polarities “+” and “-”to the power supply.
4.
Connect the "Pull Cord release cable".
Plug the white 4-pin plug of the cable release onto
the control box “PULL CORD/REMOTE
CONTROL” and close with the “clip”.
5.
Load the magazine
Load clays into the magazine from the top
Make sure that there are not broken or cracked clays
and that they are not stuck together.
Make sure the first clay in the stack lays perfectly flat
on the magazine support base.

. Position the
“ON-OFF-UNCOCK
” switch from
the
“OFF
” position to the
“ON”
position.
The machine will cock, the throwing arm will move
from the “uncocked” 9 o’clock position to the cocked
6 o’clock position
Position to
“ON-OFF-UNCOCK”
switch on the
electronic box into the
“UNCOCK
” position and then
into the
“OFF”
position (uncocking the machine).
The throwing arm is now in the
“uncocked
” position
9 o’clock.

. Position the “ON-OFF-UNCOCK” switch on to the
“ON” position. Push the pull button on the release
cable end to throw a few clays to establish the correct
distance and trajectory.
8.
Position the “ON-OFF-UNCOCK” switch from the
“ON” position to the “UNCOCK” position and then to
the “OFF” position (Uncocking the machine).
Before any modification:
Move the switch marked "ON-OFF- UNCOCK" on
the electrical control box from the "ON" position to
the "UNCOCK" position and then to the "OFF"
position (Decocking the trap).Unplug the machine
from power supply.
9.
The start-up procedure is now complete.
