Appendix B: Dual BIOS Introduction
Dual BIOS features two physical BIOS ROMs soldered onto the motherboard, carrying two separate BIOS
images:

Primary BIOS vs. Recovery BIOS
The Primary BIOS carries the image used for system boot-up, the parameters of which can be overwritten
by custom settings; while the Recovery BIOS carries the read-only image locked to the factory default,
which guarantees a safe and successful system boot-up.
If the Primary BIOS fails or stops functioning, the system will automatically invoke a restart followed by a
boot-up from the Recovery BIOS. The entire process is completely automatic.
