It is a switch to turn on or off the power.

These fans have smart fan feature which can be turned on automatically when the temperature exceeds the set
threshold.
R4 Redundant Power Supply
The 300W redundant power supply is hot-swappable and can be withdrawn and replaced when the alarm sounds. You
can turn off the alarm when it sounds by pressing the alarm switch. To replace the failed power supply unit, press the
latch to release the unit and pull it out.
