Entering Access Codes
1
The following message is displayed when the Access Code feature is
active:
“Enter job access code”
The Access Code feature prevents unauthorized use of the copier by limiting copier access
to those persons who know an assigned Access Code. The Access Code feature monitors
copier usage by department, project, or persons, and tracks the number of copies made
with each Access Code.
When this feature is active, the Key Operator can program up to 120 Access Codes into the
copier’s memory. Each code is four digits in length. When this feature is turned ON, the
user must enter an assigned Access Code before the copier can be used.
