Select your copy options from the Copy Options Table below.

If you only want one copy with no options, proceed to Step 2.
Copy Options You Can
Select Methods To Use For Copy Options
Copy Quantity Using the keypad , enter the number of copies you require.
The maximum copy quantity is 999.
Copy Darkness/Lightness
Automatic: Touch the EXPOSURE key, then touch AUTO.
See “Using Automatic Exposure Settings” on page 3-11.
Manual: Touch the EXPOSURE key, then touch the lighter
or darker keys to lighten of darken your copy. See “Using
Manual Exposure Settings” on page 3-12.
Photo: Touch the EXPOSURE key, then touch the lighter or
darker keys to lighten of darken your copy. This setting is
best for making copies of black and white photos, color
photos, and halftone photos.

Text: Touch the TEXT key. This setting is best for making
copies of text and line artwork. See “Using Text/Photo,
Text, and Photo Exposure Settings” on page 3-13.
Text/Photo: Touch the TEXT/PHOTO key. This is the
default setting and is used for making copies of standard
originals.
