used

this
pedestal,
apply
provided
warning
sticker
to
underside
of
pedestal
top
cap.

top
cap
and
gasket
onto
top
of
pedestal.
Make
sure
gasket
is
flat
between
the
pedestal
components.
Top
cap
is
directional
and
only
fits
on
pedestal
one
way.
Step

– Assemble
four
caps
into
mating
holes
on
pedestal
top.
Push
caps
into
pedestal
top
until
they
are
flush
with
top
surface.
Step

– Assemble
top
four
screws,
metal
washers
and
rubber
washers.
Screws
should
be
tight
using
a
screwdriver.
