Switching English/Metric Display Units
The treadmill display shows English units (mph for speed, lb for
weight) by default. To change to metric units (kilometers per hour for
speed and kilograms for weight):
• Ensure treadmill is plugged in and powered on.
• Press
SPEED (–)
,
INCLINE (–)
, and
START
buttons
simultaneously. Then press
STOP
to switch between English
and metric.
• Press
START
to select the units required.
Repeat the same steps to return the display to English units if desired.
The numeric keypad is used to change speed and incline with the Express
keys, enter user settings, and configure programs.
