STEP 6:
Check oil level by using
supplied dip-stick. Use SAE 10W-
40 non-foaming only.
STEP 9:
Before installing nozzle,
turn on water supply and run
machine, allowing water to flush
through the system until clear. Turn
pump switch ON. When a steady
stream of water flows from the
spray gun and wand, the machine
is ready for the high pressure
nozzle to be installed. Turn the
variable pressure control handle
clockwise to raise the pressure. For
hot water washing, turn the burner
switch and thermostat ON(The
burner will light automatically.)
STEP 7:
Fill fuel tank with proper
fuel. Use home heating oil or diesel
fuel.
DO NOT USE GASOLINE,
CRANKCASE OIL RESIDUALS
OR WASTE OIL.
STEP 8:
Connect water supply
hose to inlet connector and turn
water on. The water faucet and
supply hose must be capable of
providing 4.0 GPM. If the water
supply is inadequate, or if the
garden hose is kinked, the machine
will run very rough and the burner
will not fire.
