Reverse Steel Blade(s)

To avoid serious injury or death:

Always secure equipment with solid, non-concrete supports
•
Make adjustments to the Snow Pusher with unit attached to
the tractor loader and properly blocked. The Snow Pusher
is back heavy and can tip over backward if unhooked from
the tractor loader.

To avoid serious injury or death:
Exercise caution when working with steel blades. The cutting
edge can be sharp. Always wear gloves when adjusting and/or
working around steel blade(s).
Reverse Steel Blade

The steel blade(s) can be reversed (rotated 180
o
clockwise) to extend their life. Replace steel blade(s)
when both edges are worn excessively.
1.
Park tractor and Snow Pusher on level ground. Lower
Snow Pusher until skid shoes are resting on 4" to 6"
high support blocks to hold the steel blade off the
ground. (Support blocks not shown in illustration.)
2. Shut tractor down properly before dismounting to
adjust steel blade(s). Refer to
3. Verify skid shoes are mounted in the 3rd hole down.
If not, readjust skid shoes. Refer to
on page 16 for detailed
instructions.
4. Remove hex whiz nuts (#3), plow bolts (#2), and
steel blade(s) (#1).
5. Rotate steel blade(s) 180
o
clockwise and reattach
with existing 1/2"-13 x 1 1/2" GR5 plow bolts (#2),
steel blade(s) (#1), and hex whiz nuts (#3).
6. Tighten hex whiz nuts (#3) to the correct torque.
