Starting motor does not crank Control levers are not in neutral
position Place control handles in neutral (OUT)
Park brake not engaged (ON) Engage park brake
Blade Engagement switch is engaged Disengage blade switch
Weak or dead battery Recharge or replace
Loose or broken switches
