Hook-up Grapple To The Bucket

Hook-up Grapple
Refer to Figure 2-1:
1. Approach grapple towers (#9) with bucket holes “B1”
slightly lower than bucket holes “A1”.
2. Align bucket holes “A1” with grapple holes “A2”.
3. Shut tractor down without changing the front loader
height. See “Tractor Shutdown Procedure” on
page 9.
4. Attach bucket holes “A1” to grapple holes “A2” with
mounting pins (#6) and secure with linchpins (#5).
5. Return to the tractor and rotate bucket up to align
grapple holes “B2” with bucket holes “B1” and to lift
the grapple off the ground 1 to 2 inches.
6. Shut tractor down without changing the front loader
height.
7. Attach bucket holes “B1” to grapple holes “B2” with
mounting pins (#8) and secure with linchpins (#7).
Refer to Figure 2-2:
8. Remove cotter pin (#3) and pin (#2) from hole B.
9. Rotate park stand (#1) up and secure in place by
inserting pin (#2) in hole “A”.
10. Secure pin (#2) with hairpin cotter (#3).
11. Repeat steps 8-10 for the other park stand.
12. Connect hydraulic hoses to the tractor duplex outlet.
13. Return to the tractor and rotate Grapple Bucket to the
up-right position.
