the media is TP, the Speed/Duplex is comprised of the combination of
speed mode, 10/100/1000Mbps and duplex mode, full duplex and half
duplex. The following table summarizes the functions the media supports:

Flow Control:
You can tick the check box to enable flow control. If flow control is set
Enable, both parties can send PAUSE frame to the transmitting device(s)
if the receiving port is too busy to handle. When it is set Disable, there
will be no flow control in the port. It drops the packet if too much to
handle.

VLAN Mode Configuration
The switch supports Tag-based VLAN (802.1q) and Port-based VLAN. Its
VLAN mode supports 24 active VLANs and and the available VLAN ID range
is from 1~4094. VLAN configuration is used to divide a LAN into smaller ones.
With proper configuration you can not only gain improved security and incre-
ased performance but greatly reduced VLAN management.

The VLAN Mode Selection function includes four modes: Port-based, Tag-
based and Metro mode.
