Introduction
Thank you for buying the Neck Warmer heat-
ing pad for the neck. Convenient and easy to
use, it will keep you warm for several hours by
charging it in just a few minutes. Furthermore,
you can use it completely safely thanks to its
superior protection.
Finally, the cover of this hot water bottle is
made of 45% fabric containing fibres obtained
from recycled PET material from plastic bottles.

The body of the electric hot water bottle is pli-
able and very comfortable.
The walls consist of 2 thin, thermo-compressed
film layers, increasing its durability and safety.
With the technology it has, the electric hot
water bottle has a faster heating system, and
heat is maintained for longer.
Instructions for use
When you have removed the product from its
packaging, check the integrity of the device
and that of the components supplied with it.
If in doubt, do not use the product and con-
tact the product’s dealer. Do not use the prod-
uct if there are signs of defects and return it
to your dealer.
Charging the electric

Lay the electric heating pad down flat on a table.
Insert it into the charger as shown on the dia-
gram. Connect the charger plug to the sock-
et. The warning light comes on and the elec-
tric pad is heating up.
Once the heating pad is ready, the light goes
out and you can disconnect the charger. You
can then enjoy a delicious feeling of warmth
in your neck.
To make sure the heat is evenly spread,
you are advised to shake the electric heat-
ing pad gently when charging it.
It takes about 15 minutes to charge the elec-
tric hot water bottle (depending on the am-
bient temperature) so that the surface of the
electric hot water bottle reaches the correct
temperature.

• Tip: if you want the electric hot water
bottle to stay hot for longer, repeated-
ly squeeze the electric hot water bot-
tle to mix the water. This action pro-
vides a uniform temperature of the water
in the hot water bottle and extends
the time during which it can be used.
• After it has been used a certain num-
ber of times, you may notice a swell-
ing which prevents the hot water bottle
charging normally. This normal physical
phenomenon is due to variations in tem-
perature and pressure within the sealed
pouch, creating an accumulation of air.
