4. FUNCTIONING
Operating states
Your cooling box can both cool and heat. The change-over
from cooling to heating takes place by means of a sliding
switch (

). The particular operating states are indicated by
means of the integrated LEDs, green for cooling (

) and red
for heating (

). DO NOT switch directly from one function
to the other, please leave the cooling box turned off for at
least 30 minutes before changing operating mode.
• Cooling
The best effect is achieved when you fill your cooling box with food and beverages which are already
refrigerated. They will then stay cool and even become cooler still, providing the appliance remains
switched on. When the switch is placed on “MAX” (

), the refrigerator functions at a high energy
consumption and the cooling capacity can reach up to -16°C/-21°C below an average ambient
temperature of 25°C.
