In an emergency
Vehicle breakdown
If the vehicle breaks down, contact the roadside assistance service (where applicable).

Remove the emergency key

by pressing the button

Remove the door lock protection plate

Insert the emergency key in the lock and turn it anticlockwise

Open the door using the handle

Turn on the instrument cluster within 15 seconds of opening the door to avoid
the alarm going off
Emergency opening of doors from the outside
If necessary, a simple procedure can be followed to open the vehicle door without
using the remote control.
When the door is opened with the emergency key, the window will not be lowered
or moved away from its weather-stripping. As a result, opening the door will
require greater effort.
