Description and adjustment of the MBZRDLE gas valve
The maximum flow and ignition flow must be adjusted.
- Install a pressure gauge to the burner head for measuring the gas pressure.
- Open the gas valve to the maximum opening position.
- With the burner running, act on the stabiliser to obtain the required flow rate (read on the meter) and read the
pressure value on the pressure gauge.
- Turn the adjustment of the valve in the closing direction until the pressure displayed on the pressure gauge starts
to decrease. At this point, the desired maximum flow rate is fixed and controlled by both the stabiliser and the gas
valve.

4 - 2nd flame adjustment
5 - 1st flame adjustment
Release screw 1 to adjust the flow of the
1st/2nd flame. The flow is increased by 4
and 5 in a counter-clockwise direction. The
flow is decreased by turning the same in a
clock-wise direction. After the respective
adjustments have been made, lock screw
1 again. The adjustment of the initial trip
is done by removing cover 3 and using its
back part as a tool to rotate the pin.
Fuel change
Use the IC changeover switch (see wiring diagram) to change the type of fuel switching from gas to diesel or vice
versa, to act on the changeover switch IC with the burner off.
And ‘possible to remote control the fuel change by connecting a terminal to the RC (see wiring diagram) and leave
the control panel in position GAS-RC.
