SWEET BRIOCHE WITH CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT SPREAD AND BANANA - Makes 1
WHAT YOU DO
1. Plug in the Stack-a-Snack and wait for the green ready light.
2. If using sliced brioche loaf or fruit bread, trim to fit with a cooker cutter. Dip the
bread into the egg, letting it soak in and turning to coat both sides.
3. Lift up the lid, the upper ring and middle plate.
4. Place a slice of bread into the lower ring.
5. Lower the middle plate and upper ring, and place the second slice of bread onto
the middle plate.
6. Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes. Hold and lift the lid, upper ring and middle plate
upwards together, and flip the bottom piece of bread using a turner. Add the
chocolate spread and top with banana.
7. Close the upper ring and middle plate, then flip the top piece of bread. Close the lid.
8. After 1 minute pull the middle plate handle to the left to slide it out and stack your
snack together.
9. Open the lid and lift up the rings by their handles. Lift your snack from the hotplate
using a plastic or wooden turner.
Tip:
Swap the brioche for fruit bread or currant teacakes if you prefer.
