PROGRAMME 10 - BUTTER MILK

¼ teaspoon
½ teaspoon
Bicarbonate of soda
¼ teaspoon
¼ teaspoon
Strong plain flour
1 cups (270g)
2¼ cups (350g)
Dried active baking yeast
2 teaspoons
2½ teaspoons
WHAT YOU DO
Melt the butter over a low heat, then mix in the butter milk.
Put the ingredients into the bread pan in the order above.
Close the lid.
Press MENU and select programme 10.
Select LOAF SIZE.
Press COLOUR and select LIGHT, MEDIUM or DARK.
Press START/STOP.
When the Bread Maker beeps 10 times add any additional ingredients.
The programme will continue until the end and will then beep again 10 times to indicate
that the bread is ready.
Press START/STOP and open the lid.
Remove the loaf from the bread pan and leave to cool.
