• Cut the food into small pieces (about 2cm) before processing by the blender
• Disconnect the blender wand and clean the blender immediately after use.
• Connect the power supply to the stand. Then return the main unit to the stand for battery
charging.
• When the blender battery indicator is at low, you should stop using the appliance and re-
charge the battery until full.
• When the blender is not in use, remove the blender wand from the main unit immediately.
A GUIDE TO INGREDIENTS
• The blender is recommended for mixing mayonnaise, cream and milk based products, drinks,
baby foods, sauces, foods such as chopped onion, pureeing cooked fruits and vegetables but
is not suitable for mixing hard ingredients.
• Can be used for warm foods but not above 80ºc as the mixing jug is not heat resistant above
this and there is a risk of scalding if the food splashes or spills
• Always half fill the measuring/mixing jug with the product to be blended to allow the blender
space to rotate and the ingredient levels to rise during blending without risk of spilling
HINTS AND TIPS
• Do not overfill the mixing jug as the level may rise when the blender is turned on, it is better
to blend half of a recipe, and then repeat, than to overfill the jug and risk splashing or scalding
with a liquid
• If the battery indicator light is red during operation this may be an overload warning indicating
that the blade is finding it difficult to blend an item either because it is too chunky and hard
or too thick. Stop blending, wait for the blade to stop moving, disconnect the wand from the
main unit and then check to see if any food is caught in the blade.
• For best results blend for about 1 minute, then rest the blender for about 1 minute, then blend
again
• Keep, charge or use the appliance in rooms where the temperature should be between 5ºC℃
and 35ºC℃
