• Rinse the jug as soon as you have finished using it and it will be easier to clean
• If you are making two or three frothy drinks at once, make one amount of hot milk using just
the paddle and divide between the mugs. Then add the whisk and make an amount of frothy
milk and divide that between the mugs
TROUBLESHOOTING

problems, their possible cause and any corrective action that should be taken to ensure successful
frothing.

Possible Cause
Solution
Milk and froth spills out
through the lid
Too much milk has been put

Only the paddle is in the jug
To froth milk you need to use

attached) in the jug
CARE AND CLEANING
• Unplug the base unit and allow to cool completely before cleaning.
• Before the first use and after every use, clean each part thoroughly.
• Periodically check all parts before reassembly.
• Never immerse the base unit or submerge the jug in water or any other liquid.
• To clean the outside of the jug and control panel, wipe with a clean, damp cloth and dry before
storing.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or abrasive materials or cleansers.
• Rinse the inside of the jug, the lid and the whisk with hot, soapy water, rinse with clean water
and dry thoroughly. You can also use a plastic brush to clean the base of the jug where a ‘skin’
may form
• You may prefer to put a cup of warm water into the jug with a spot of washing up liquid and
switch the control button on. Allow it to whisk and heat the water, then discard this water,
rinse with a cup of clean warm water and repeat the heating process, empty out and dry with
a clean cloth.
• Do not put any parts in a dishwasher.
• Store the milk frother with the power cable loosely coiled. Never wrap it tightly around the jug.
• Store the paddle and coil together inside the jug and always check after cleaning that you have
still got them in place
