COOKING LOADS
The depth of the tray must be suitable for the
height of the product.
To obtain uniform cooking, the load should be
distributed on more than one low tray rather
than in one very deep tray.
For best results, comply with the weights
specified in the following table.
Notes: Obviously, when loading the oven, you
should consider not only the weight of the product,
but also the size, consistency and thickness.
CAUTION
Do not insert trays/containers with liquids
exceeding 1.6 m in height.
