the manner indicated in the user instructions.

All other types of use shall be considered inappropriate and therefore hazardous.

NEVER connect or disconnect the appliance and NEVER operate the control panel with wet or

Do NOT pull on the power cord or the device itself to unplug.

• Handle the product with care, protect it against accidental impact, extreme temperature

fluctuations, dust, direct sunlight and sources of heat.

•  Unplug it immediately after use and always before cleaning.

•  If an electrical appliance falls into water, do not attempt to extract it, but immediately remove

the plug from the power socket.

Attention! Do NOT tamper with the power cord for any reason. If damaged, contact your retailer.

•  Extend the cable fully, keeping it away from heat sources and take care that it does not touch

the heating element during use.

Never use power adaptors that differ from those indicated on the label placed on the product.

Do NOT use outdoors; this appliance is not a toy.

CAUTION! PRIOR TO USING THIS DEVICE

Do NOT use distilled water; only use drinking water.

•  Always place the food to be cooked in a suitable pouch, sealed for cooking. Do NOT put raw

food directly in the water, except for eggs.

•  Only immerse the heating element in the water between the MIN and MAX levels indicated on it.

Do NOT take the appliance out of the cooking pot and do not move the pot whilst in operation.

•  This device is not intended for professional use, but rather only for domestic use.

CAUTION!

Any food cooked at low temperature must be consumed immediately to limit the proliferation

of bacteria.

•  If not consumed immediately, chill blast the food straight after cooking using a chill blaster or

by immersing the pouch in ice and water.

•  When buying fish, make sure that it is chill blasted as required by hygiene regulations for the

consumption of raw fish.

•  Wash fruit and vegetables thoroughly as if they were to be eaten raw.

•  Vacuum sealing does not reduce the presence of micro-organisms: cook the food immediately

after sealing it in the pouch.

•  The quality of the food, which must be fresh, is very important.
