Description
Before using for the first time
• Remove all various packaging, stickers or accessories from both the inside and outside
of the kettle (do not forget to remove the transparent protective film from the screen).
• Adjust the length of the cord by winding it under the base. Wedge the cord into the
notch
(fig. 1).
• Before first use, rinse the kettle. Boil water at maximum capacity 2 or 3 times. Throw
away the water.

Place the base on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface away from water splashes
and any sources of heat.
• Kettle is only to be used with the base provided.

Fill the kettle with the desired amount of water. (fig 3)
• Never fill the kettle when it is on its base.
• Do not fill it above the maximum level (40.57oz / 1.2L), or below the minimum level
(16.91oz / 0.5L). If the kettle is too full, boiling water may spill out
(fig 4)

• Do not use without water.
• Check that the lid is closed properly before use
(fig 5)

Position the kettle on its base. Plug it into the outlet.

To start the kettle
• Place the kettle on the base, the
KEEP WARM INDICATOR
will briefly illuminate in red
and the
LED DISPLAY
will show the current temperature. Press either the + or - buttons
and the last use temperature / default temperature will be displayed
(fig 7)
.
TO BOIL THE WATER
2 options:
• You can start boiling water at default temperature (93°C /200° F) by pressing the
START/STOP Button.
