Disposing of your appliance
Troubleshooting
• If the On/Off switch
(i)
does stay in its On position
- Check that the kettle is well placed on its base.
- If the kettle is hot and contains water, leave the kettle to cool down for a few
minutes and turn it on again.
- If the kettle is hot and does not contain water, leave the kettle to cool down for a few
minutes. Fill the kettle with cold or room water and turn it on again.
• The boiling cycle doesn’t start and the water windows LED lights remain switched off
- Check that the kettle is well placed on its base.
- Check that the power plug is well connected to a working outlet.
- Check that the On/Off switch
(i)
is on ON position.
• The kettle doesn’t stop
- Check that the lid
(c)
is well closed.
IF YOUR KETTLE HAS FALLEN, IF IT IS LEAKING, OR IF THE POWER CORD, PLUG OR BASE
ARE VISIBLY DAMAGED
• Consult the nearest Lagostina After Sales Service Center and the warranty included at
the end of these instructions.
• Do not use the kettle. No attempt should be made to disassemble the product or
override the safety devices. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, a Lagostina After Sales Service Center.
Your appliance contains valuable materials which can be recycled. Consult your local
waste collection center for correct disposal procedure and recycling options.

The Warranty
This electrical product or product with batteries is guaranteed by Lagostina for a period of
2 years
against
any manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, starting from the initial date of purchase.
The manufacturer’s warranty by Lagostina is an extra benefit which does not affect consumer’s Statutory
Rights.
The Lagostina warranty covers all costs related to restoring the proven defective product so that it conforms
to its original specifications, through the repair or replacement of any defective part and the necessary labor.
At Lagostina’s choice, a replacement product may be provided instead of repairing a defective product.
Lagostina’s sole obligation and your exclusive resolution under this warranty are limited to such repair or
replacement.
