Possible Cause / Solution
Startup
Maintenance
1. Inlet or discharge not completely open
Completely open ball valves (or trigger gun) during
operation
2. Solution pressure or volume too low/inlet piping too small.
Increase solution pressure or volume.
3. Discharge hose too long for available solution pressure,
kinked or wrong size
Straighten the hose or replace hose.
4. Nozzle size too small (SEE REQUIREMENTS)
5. Inlet orifice clogged
Check/clean inlet orifice for obstructions.
6. Hard water scale or chemical build-up may have formed in
the body causing poor or no flow
Follow Preventive Maintenance instructions below,
using hot water and/or de-scaling acid. When there is no
flow at all, carefully remove fittings and soak entire body
in de-scaling acid.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE: When the unit will be out of service for extended periods run water through the system to flush the chemical and help
prevent chemical build-up.
