Junior Airway
The Junior Airway is designed for disposal after each class
To remove Fig. 3
1a Detach manikin face at each ear.
2a Lift manikin face off valve coupling.
3a Remove jaw from posts in head.
4a Remove valve.
5a Open chest cover.
6a Remove used airway and discard.
To install Fig. 4
1b Lay lung flat on torso and attach to hook.
2b Snap airway valve onto jaw.
3b Reattach jaw to posts in head.
4b Fasten chest cover onto the four retainers.
5b Push face coupling into airway valve.
6b Fasten face onto retainers at each ear.

Unpacking
Some additional supplies are provided for your
convenience. Included with your Little Junior
manikin (Cat. No. 18 00 20) are:
- Little Junior with Compression Clicker
- 1 extra Junior Face
- 1 extra Junior Airway
- Carrying bag/training mat
- Sanitation kit
- Directions for use
The 4-pack Little Junior manikins (Cat. No. 18 00
22) are supplied with one bag and one copy of
the Directions for use, otherwise the same
accessories per manikin as listed above.
Using the compression clicker
Little Junior is supplied with a compression
clicker that will confirm correct compression
depth. When the clicker is “on”, the student
will hear a “click” when the torso is compressed
approximately 50 mm (2”).

To use the clicker:
The manikin is delivered
with the clicker in the “on” (inner) position.

To disable the clicker:
Pull out the clicker lever.
Note:
Always push the clicker lever to the “On”-position
before repacking the manikin.
Instructions for use
Remove the carrying bag from the plastic bag. Open the bag and lay it flat on the floor.
This will now serve as a training mat. Little Junior is delivered fully assembled and ready for use.
