6.- The light will be turned on for as long as it takes to heat up the oil.
The light will turn off when the oil reaches the programmed temperature.
7.- Place the Basket on the edge of the Oil Container and add the food. Once the food has been
added, insert the Basket into the Container.
NOTE: In order to avoid getting burned, do not food while the Basket is submerged in the Oil
Container.
8.- The Fryer may be used with the Lid open or closed.
NOTE: When using the Fryer with the Lid closed, be careful not to expose yourself to the steam
generated when you open it.
9.- Once the frying process is over, in order to drain the excess oil, place the Basket on the edge
of the Oil Container, as shown in the diagram.
10.- In order to turn off the Fryer, turn the Temperature Regulator to the original position and
disconnect the Power Cable.
CLEANING
1.- Before cleaning, make sure that the fryer is unplugged and the oil is at room temperature.
2.- Do not use aggressive cleaning products or metallic sponges that may scratch the stainless
steel surfaces when cleaning. Make sure to dry all of the elements well before reassembling
it.
3. - Remove the basket for cleaning.
4.- First take off the Lid in order to remove the oil from the Oil Container in the easiest way.
Place it in the vertical position and slide it up.
5.- Pour the oil into a recipient with a volume greater than 1.5 liters from the side of the Oil
Container where there is an arrow.
6.- Wash the Oil Container with hot soapy water.
7.- It is recommended to periodically replace the Filter. In order to do this, open the cap on the
Lid of the Fryer, remove the Filter or install a new one.
8. - Reassemble the elements, adding clean oil if you want.
9. - If the fryer will not be used for a long time, store it in a dry, well ventilated place away from
humidity.
