OPERATION
1.- Open the lid, place steam grill and pour the oil into the container. The oil should ALWAYS be
between the MIN and MAX levels.
2.- Plug the power cable into a 220-240V / 50Hz mains outlet and the ON/OFF light indicator will
come on.
3.- Turn the temperature regulator clockwise to select the desired oil temperature.
4.- The heating light indicator will come one when the oil has reached the selected temperature.
5.- Place the basket on the draining support on the edge of the deep fryer and deposit inside the
food you want to fry.
6.- Introduce the basket into the oil container and place it on the broiler.
7.- Remove the basket once the food is cooked and leave on the drainer support on the edge of
the deep fryer to drain of the excess oil.
8.- Disconnect the power cable form the mains supply to switch of the deep fryer.
Steam cooking
1.- Pour water in until completely covering the resistance.
2.- Set down the steam broiler and put the food in.
3.- Turn the temperature regulator to 100-110 ºC and let the food cook.
