Engage the 10X objective in the light path.
Bring the specimen in focus.
Bring the specimen in light path using X-Y
Motion of mechanical stage.
Adjust the aperture iris diaphragm.
Engage the objective to be used in the light
path and bring the specimen in focus.
Engage the required filters if not pre-installed.
Adjust the observation tube and
eyepieces
Adjust the interpupillary distance.
Adjust the dioptric setting.
Adjust the brightness.
Observe Specimen.
