• Always make sure your circuit is earthed.
• The socket must always remain accessible, yet be out of the reach of children.
If you have any doubts, contact your installer.
Cleaning
Disconnect your appliance prior to performing any maintenance operation. Grasp the plug directly,
instead of pulling on the power cable.
Cleaning your appliance:
▪
Unplug the cellar and empty its contents.
▪
Wash the inside and trays with a non-chemical, non-abrasive product. We recommend that you
wash with warm water and a solution of baking soda. The solution should be about 2 table
spoons of baking soda to a quart of water.
▪
The outside of the cellar should be cleaned with a mild detergent and warm water.
▪
Wipe with a soft cloth after washing
We recommend that you regularly clean wooden drawers with hot water to prevent the formation of
moisture and bacteria that may form due to food residue and after a long time without cleaning.
Energy savings
To minimize energy consumption, place your cellar in a place away from sources of heat and
reasonable room temperature (around 22°C).
Never fill completely inside the cellar, the air must flow in and the temperature/hygrometry rate must
be maintained easily.
Regularly check the condition of the gasket and sealing, contact your seller in case of problems.
