CLEANING THE MACHINE
Machine cleaning must be performed only when the machine is cold and disconnected A! from the power mains.
• Do not use ethyl alcohol, solvents, abrasive sponges and/or aggressive chemicals.
• Do not immerse the machine in water and do not dry its components in conventional and/or microwave ovens.
• Daily, it is recommend to change the water inside the tank; do not re-use the water recovered from the tank.
• Every 15 coffees or on a daily basis, it is recommended to remove and wash the drip tray.
• Clean the machine weekly with a damp cloth.
DESCALING AND SANITATION
Descaling is a process that the coffee machine carries out to remove totally potential scale in its interior as grease or bacteria
from limestone, coffee and tea.
• Switch on the machine
• Refill a bowl with ½ L of water (the bowl is not in furniture with the machine)
• Dissolve the descaler (you will find it inside the box) in the bowl that you refilled with ½ L of water.
• Extract the silicon hose from the tank (Fig. 1) and immerse it inside the bowl with water and dissolved descaler.
• Press the coffee switch for 3 seconds
• Leave the solution inside the machine for 10 seconds
• Press the coffee switch again in order to finish the water inside the bowl
• Extract the silicon hose from the bowl and replace it inside the tank (Fig. 1)
• Refill the tank with water
• Press the coffee switch in order to clean each part of the machine with the clean water that is inside the tank.
