Program operation and instruction

LOHAS T2/T3

CONSOLE OPERATION

Under standby status, press the “

MODE

” button, then press the 

SPEED

  “

>

” or “

>

”  (

INCLINE

  “

>

” or “

>

” ) button to enter 

the program setting. Program in sequence as below : Manual run “P1~P11”

→”USER1~USER2”→”H.R.C”→”BODY MASS”, when you 

have chosen desired program, press the “

MODE

” button to enter detailed setting.

1. Manual mode :

(1) Press the “

START/STOP

” button, after a 3-second countdown and  then the motor starts to run.

(2) a. After a 3-second countdown, if the time setting is 0 then it will start counting, when time has reached (99:00), the motor will stop.

      b. If time setting is 1 or more it’s countdown, when the time reachs (00:00) the motor will stop.

(3) Press the “

START/STOP

” button when the motor is running it shuts down the motor and incline motor and console shows 

      “PAUSE”; 

      if you press the “

START/STOP

” button again, after a 3-second countdown and then the motor will start to run.

(4) Under Manual mode, time display on the console will start to flash, press the 

SPEED

 “

>

” or “

>

” (

INCLINE

 “

>

” or “

>

”) 

      button to set the workout time and complete time setting and press the 

START

 button to start your workout.

2. Program mode : 

P1 – P5 Speed. P6 – P10 Incline. P11 Distance.

(1) Use either 

SPEED

 “

” or “

>

” (

INCLINE

 “

>

” or “

>

”) buttons to select which program (P1 – P11).

(2) Press the 

MODE

” button.

(3) Use either 

SPEED

 “

>

” or “

>

” (

INCLINE

 “

>

” or “

>

”) buttons to select which level (L1 – L3).

(4) Press the “

MODE

” button.

(5) Use either 

SPEED

 “

>

” or “

>

” (

INCLINE

 “

>

” or “

>

”) buttons to select which time (12 – 99) 24 is the default.

(6) Press the “

START/STOP

” button.

Note 1: You can increase your Speed or Incline at any time during your workout by using the “

” or “

>

” buttons.

Note 2: On P11 (Distance) Step 5 is Distance instead of Time.

3. User mode : 

(1) Use either 

SPEED

 “

” or “

>

” (

INCLINE

 “

>

” or “

>

”) buttons to select which program (U1 or U2).

(2) Press the 

MODE

” button.

(3) Use either 

SPEED

 “

” or “

>

” (

INCLINE

 “

”) buttons to select which time (12 – 99) 24 is the default.

(4) Press the “

MODE

” button.

(5) Seg01, Use 

SPEED

 “

” (

INCLINE

”) buttons for each of your Segments e.g. seg01 speed 4.2 km’s at 

      incline 2. seg02 speed 5.6 km’s at incline of 4 do this for each segment. (Seg01 – Seg12) press the 

MODE

” button after each 

      segment. When complete press the “

START/STOP

” button.
