Cleaning the milk circuit
To be performed at the end of each working day.
Follow the instructions in the chapter “
Cleaning the Cappuccino
Machine
” in the use and installation manual provided with the coffee
machine.
Cleaning the milk containers
To be performed at the end of each working day.
Open door (

) and remove the two containers. Throw away the
remaining milk.
Internal cleaning
To be performed at the end of each working day.
Clean the inside of the machine and the door (
51
) using products and
methods usually used for objects that come into contact with foodstuffs.
Remove any organic residue.

External panels
Clean with a soft cloth using products containing NO ammonia or abra-
sive substances. Remove any organic residues.
N.B. Do not spray any liquids in the slots.
Removing the Refrigeration Unit
To remove the refrigeration unit, follow these steps:
- Unplug the machine from the electrical outlet because the
refrigerator is always powered by the electrical current, even if the
machine is not switched on.
- Remove the cup tray.
- Open the door to the refrigerator and remove the two containers.
- Remove the two fastening screws (

) on the frame (at the front).
- Raise the control panel and unscrew the two lever-blocking screws
(B)(to the
right
and
left
of the panel).
- Rotate the control panel and, after having removed the sliding
supports (
C
), lay it on top of the supports.
- Detach the silicon tubes.
- Partially pull out the refrigerator to unplug the power cord, the
wires of the two solenoid clamp valves and the connectors of the
lateral photocells.
- At this point, you can completely remove the refrigerator.
