CLOSE THE HEATER’S FUEL SUPPLY VALVE
- Disconnect ignition lead from ignition control. -
Position a screwdriver tip about 3/16 in.
(4.7 mm
) away from ignition control where lead was connected.
- Start the heater - If no spark is seen, replace the ignition control. -If spark is observed, check the igniter for cracks, etc. -Check ignition cable for continuity.
