(5) Detaching and refitting the heat roller
Follow the procedure below to replace the heat roller.
Procedure
1. Remove the fixing unit (see page 1-6-34).
2. Remove the four heat roller separation claws
(see page 1-6-37).
3. Remove the two C rings, gear and two
bushings and then remove the heat roller.
4. Replace the heat roller and refit all the
removed parts.

(6) Detaching and refitting the press roller
Follow the procedure below to replace the press roller.
Procedure
1. Remove the fixing unit (see page 1-6-34).
2. Remove the upper fixing unit (see page 1-6-
37).
3. Remove the two screws holding the fixing
guide plate and then the plate.
