Property Setting Switch 

There  is  two  bit  of  property  setting  switch  for  the  KIEN1005,  which  are 

defined  as  T  and  F  respectively.  They  are  used  to  configure  the  rate  of 

fiber port, rate of 5th Ethernet port, and broadcasting storm control ability. 

The specific relation of position and property is shown as 3-2:
