Maintenance

Seed row

This section describes the following maintenance tasks to be carried
out on the seed row:

•

Replacing the seed disc

•

Replacing the cleaning jet

•

Replacing the coulter

Replacing the seed

disc

Replacement of the seed disc is necessary when the seed to be sown
is changed or there is wear on the seed disc.

> Empty the seeding heart completely

> Undo and remove the nuts on the lid of the seeding heart

> Remove the lid of the seeding heart along with the seed hopper

> Turn the seed disc to the left so that it fits over the carrier

> Remove the seed disc

Ensure proper position of the new seed disc:

Fit the disc with the countersunk holes facing the seeding heart

If changing the seed or if worn
