Adjusting the plough

26

Working depth

•

The plough frame should always be parallel to the ground.

•

After changing the working depth, check the levelling of the draw-
bars (see next paragraph)

To change the ploughing depth

Lift the plough carefully

Adjust using the adjusting nut on the depth/transport wheel

Adjust the lower draw arms with the tractors three-point control

Adjust the length of the tractor's drawbars to level the plough

Seen from the rear, the plough beams should be at 90º to the ground.
