About the Door Insert Pedals
The door insert pedals control the raising and lowering of the Door Light Insert Table.
There are pedals located on each side of the machine.
About the Door Pivot Pedals
The Door Pivot pedals control the door clamps and hydraulic lifts to raise and lower
the door. The door then can be flipped to work on the other side. Pedals are located on
each side of the machine.
Note:
The Pivot Assembly can be raised and lowered in small increments to allow
finer control.
Note:
The light table can be raised and lowered in small increments to allow full con-
trol of the light into and away form the cut out, by pressing the foot pedal in
short taps, rather than fully depressing the pedal.
The Door Insert Pedals work in sequence. Below is the order of sequence for the Up
and Down pedals.
Door Insert Table Up :
Foot pedal order of operation is:
Step 1.
Raises the table from a fixed posi-
tion to the position to align the
light.
Step 2.
Raises the table from a fixed posi-
tion floating position when fully
raised position (light inserted into
the door).
Door Insert Table Down:
Foot pedal order of operation is:
Step 1.
Lowers the table to the floating position from the raised position.
Step 2.
Lowers the table from the floating position to the fixed position.
