Query the measurement function and return a quoted string.
[SENSe]:FUNCtion[1/2] "<function>"
Sets DMM to the measurement function listed in the function parameter.
The function must be enclosed in quotes in the command string (FUNC
“VOLT:DC”) for Example. In addition, Parameters [1/2] means that use 1
for primary display, and 2 for secondary display. The followings are the
valid commands.

display.
