Night Light function
This cooker hood is fitted with a Night Light system which you can use to make
a setting so that the lighting switches on automatically when it is dark as soon
as the system registers a movement in the kitchen. The lighting then switches
off automatically after 30 seconds each time a movement is detected.
To switch off this function, press the key for the automatic delayed stop for
approx. 5 seconds, until the display shows
“NLS OFF” as individual letters
which appear in sequence. The lighting will no longer be switched on
automatically in this mode.
To activate this function again, press the key for the automatic delayed stop for
approx. 5 seconds, until the display shows
“NLS ON” as individual letters
which appear in sequence.
The display will finally show two horizontal bars (Fig. A). When you press the
“+” and “-” keys you will now be able to determine which lamp is to switch on
automatically in the activated Night Light mode. In this case the top bar
(Fig. B) is for lighting the LED glass panels and the bottom bar (Fig. C) is for
lighting the lower LED modules (to light up the working place).
Once you have decided on one of the two lamps (by pressing the
“+” and “-”
keys), press the key for the automatic delayed stop once again and the display
will show the level of brightness. The lamp is pre-set at brightness level
“9” in
the factory. When you press the
“+” and “-” keys you will now be able to set the
level of brightness of your choice in which the light is to switch on in the
activated Night Light mode. Press the key for the automatic delayed stop once
again to save your setting.
Important: Please note that it is not possible to set the dimmer function for
both lamps at the same time. You will always need to make these settings
individually for each lamp.
Deleting the filter change display
“C”
When the letter “C” is shown in the LED display, the charcoal filter will need to
be replaced (see also the section on “maintenance, cleaning and care”).
Hold the on/off key for approx. 5 seconds to reset the display. The function is
reset and the letter “C” will be deleted from the display.
