Basic functions
Steam function 100 ºC
Use this function
to cook all sorts of vegetables, rice, fish and meat. It is also suitable for extracting
juice from berries and for simultaneous defrosting, cooking and regenerating.

Press the
Function Selector
key. One of the
function lights will flash.
2. Turn the
Rotating Knob
in either direction until
the “100” function light flashes.
3. Press the
Duration Selection
key to change
the operating time. The respective display will
start to flash. This setting is optional. Please
jump to point 5 if you don’t want to set duration.
4. Select the operating time you want by turning
the
Rotating Knob
in either direction (for
example, to 10 minutes).
5. Press the
START
key. The oven will start to
operate.
Steam function 90 ºC
Use this function
to cook fish, delicate desserts, sterilize fruit and regenerate.
