This manual describes the installation and operation of the Kuma Model K-250 Catalytic equipped wood 

heater. This heater meets the 2020 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s cord wood emission 

limits for wood heaters sold after May 15, 2020. Under specific test conditions (ASTM 3053-2017) this 

heater has been shown to deliver heat at rates ranging from 11,196 to 30,308 Btu/hr. and an efficiency 

of 79.4% (High Heating Value). Please visit
