Danger: Always keep limbs, such as hands and feet, away from
hydraulic cylinders and workpieces during operation.
Warning: Never overload the hydraulic cylinder! Do not attempt to
lift larger loads than allowed by the cylinder or to otherwise push
the cylinder beyond the maximum load it can handle. You can find
the information regarding the maximum load for the cylinder in
these instructions or on the cylinder itself.
Danger: Never increase the setting of the pressure relief valve of
the pump used. Do not remove the pressure relief valve.
Warning: The system pressure may not exceed the maximum
pressure under any circumstances. Always install a pressure gauge
in any hydraulic system and always monitor the system pressure.
Caution: Avoid kinks and tight bends in the hydraulic hoses to
prevent damage. The resulting back pressure can lead to damage
inside the hose and shortens the service life of the product.
Warning: Do not place any object, in particular no heavy objects,
on top of the hydraulic hoses. Be attentive around the hydraulic
hoses. Falling parts can damage the hose or cause it to burst.
Caution: Never carry hydraulic components by their hoses or joint
connections. Always use a safe transportation method.
Caution: Never expose the system to temperatures above 65°C.
High temperatures can result in softening of the plastic parts, such
as seals, which can cause leaks. Protect hydraulic systems from
sparks.
Danger: Never operate the system in conditions with pressurized
hoses. Cracks in the hydraulic system can cause the hydraulic oil
to escape with great force under extreme pressure. Oil shooting
out under pressure can easily penetrate skin or cut off limbs. Seek
immediate medical attention if hydraulic oil has penetrated a
skin layer, if hydraulic oil has been swallowed, or if it has come in
contact with any mucous membranes.
