(5) Safety Switch

PTO Switch

1. Remove the battery.
2. Remove the fender.
3. Disconnect the connector from PTO switch (1).
4. Measure the resistance with an ohmmeter between the

terminals.

5. If the PTO switch (1) is defective, replace it.

Brake Switch

1. Remove the battery.
2. Remove the fender.
3. Disconnect the connector from brake switch (1).
4. Measure the resistance with an ohmmeter between the

terminals.

5. If the brake switch (1) is defective, replace it.
