FRONT  AXLE

Bonnet and Side Bonnet

1. Disconnect the connectors (5) from the head light.
2. Remove the wire harness (4) from the bonnet.
3. Remove the bonnet (1) with bonnet bracket (2).
4. Remove the side bonnet (3).

Power Steering Hose

1. Disconnect the power steering cylinder hoses (1).

(When reassembling)

Glide Steer Wire

1. Turn the steering wheel to left or right.
2. Disconnect the Glide Steer wire (3) on the opposite side to

which the steering wheel is turned from the king pin support
(2).

3. Remove the Glide Steer wire (3) from the wire holder (1).

(When reassembling)

A

Adjust the Glide Steer.  (See page 4-S5.)

Front Wheel and Joint Cover

1. Lift up the front side of machine and place the disassembling

stand under the front axle frame.

2. Remove the front wheels.
3. Remove the joint cover mounting screws and slide the joint

cover (1).
