1. BRAKE MECHANISM

Internal expanding brake drum is used in braking

system for GR series.

Brake drum (1) is connected to idle gear shaft.
Idle gear shaft is located between drive gear and

final gear.

Brake shoes (4) will be expanded via brake cam

lever (2) when you press the brake pedal.

Brake shoes (4) expand outward and it is touched

inside of brake drum (1). Friction between brake shoes
(4) and drum generates braking power.
