SERVICE WORK ON THE ENGINE

Place a suitable container under the engine.
–
Remove the oil drain plug

with the magnet and seal ring.
–
Fully drain the engine oil out of the engine.
–
Remove screws

and cover

.
–
Pull oil screen out of the engine case with pliers.

Remove screw

on the right fuel tank and remove screws

. Take off bracket


Raise the vehicle off of the center stand. ( p. 77)
–
Lean the vehicle on the side stand.
–
Place a suitable container under the engine.
–
Remove oil drain plug

.
–
Fully drain the engine oil out of the oil tank.
–
Remove screws

and move oil line

to one side.
