The small gray cam (4-stroke and 2-stroke TPI)
opens the throttle
valve more slowly (twist angle 75°).
The small black cam (4-stroke and 2-stroke TPI)
opens the throttle
valve more quickly (twist angle 70°).
- Clean the outside of the handlebar and the inside of throttle

- Position throttle

- Attach the throttle cables to the cam and route correctly.
- Position thrust half-washers

- Slide on sleeve
and check the throttle for ease of movement.
